Refund policy

There are certain situations where refunds may granted (if applicable). 


To be eligible for returns, please make sure that:

The product was received in the last 7 days
Is in its original packaging, unopened and/or the seal in tact
You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria's will not be considered for return.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Items ordered during a sale period are not eligble for return.
Outlet items are not eligble for return.
All opened liquid products are not eligible for return
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any return shipping costs and insurance.  We are not liable for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.


REFUNDS (if applicable)
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus restocking fee) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a days.

If the refund is rejected then we will return the item to the buyer at the cost of the buyer.

Please make sure you notify and email us before returning an item. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a damaged item, please notify us immediately by email so that we can assist you. Photos must be included of damaged item and must be sent to contact@iconiclashartistry.com.au
