Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule via our website.

Booking deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a future booking if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Cancellations made under 24 hours before your appointment may incur a full service charge.

No-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may incur the full service fee.

No-shows without notice will automatically be charged the full service amount. You authorise ICONIC Lash Artistry to charge this to the card associated with your booking.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with the appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. This ensures we maintain the quality of our service.

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please contact us immediately on 0457 085 532. We do not see clients who are visibly unwell, and if you arrive showing signs of sickness, your appointment may be cancelled on arrival and your deposit forfeited.
